Anita Aiyudu-Adesiyan is the Country Manager for MTV Shuga Nigeria. With over 11 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, corporate branding, and communications, she is responsible for sealing partnerships with local funders, government agencies, and health organizations on behalf of MTV Staying Alive Foundation in Nigeria. Anita supervises overall marketing campaigns and peers education interventions in Nigeria.
Since 2016, she has overseen the creation of two seasons of the multi-award winning behavior change TV Drama, MTV Shuga Naija.
In previous roles, she has offered outstanding PR services, developed strategies, content marketing, brand and digital communication to top international and local brands including PR, for some of Nigeria’s biggest brands including but not limited to; Nigerian Breweries, Paramount Africa (MTV Base, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central and BET), Campari, American Honey and Skyy Vodka.
She has also managed interactive experiences at MTV’s Africa Music Awards (MAMA), BET Experience, MTV Base VJ Search and Hennessy Artistry.
